Initial AgreementS & Change Orders

Because we value our relationship with you, we emphasize the importance of clear, documented agreements. For each project, Olila Documents & Communication Strategies will provide a detailed time and cost estimate in writing to you, and will seek your explicit written agreement prior to beginning the work. Adjustments to the initial agreement after work has begun will be handled through a Change Order detailing changes in the scope of work. Olila will seek your explicit written agreement to the Change Order prior to beginning any additional work. There will never be any surprise invoices.

Payment Terms

Olila must receive 50% of payment due on all projects prior to beginning the work. The remaining 50% is due prior to final delivery of the project. You will have the opportunity to review the work at the 50% mark before accruing any additional charges, and may cancel the remainder of the project in writing at that time. Corporate and repeat clients may negotiate alternative terms.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, money order, or check. If paying by money order or check, the funds must clear Olila's account prior to the begin or delivery of the work, whichever is applicable. These payment policies apply equally to Change Orders.

Referring a friend or associate to us earns you a 10% discount on your next order. We appreciate it!

Privacy

Olila Documents does not share client data with any other party without explicit consent, nor do we install cookies on your computer. We do track traffic on our website in order to see how many people are visiting us and which pages appeal to them. We only accept electronic payments via PayPal so that we never see your credit card information.
