Because we value our relationships, we emphasize the importance of clear, documented agreements. For each project, Olila Documents & Communication Strategies will provide a detailed time and cost estimate and seek explicit written agreement prior to beginning the work. Adjustments to the initial agreement after work has begun will be handled through a Change Order detailing changes in the scope of work. There will never be any surprise invoices.

First-time clients are required to pay in full the amount detailed in the initial quote at the time of agreement. Repeat clients are asked to pay 50% of payment due on all projects prior to beginning the work and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Corporate clients may negotiate alternative terms. Payment is accepted via PayPal or electronic transfer.

These payment policies apply equally to Change Orders.
