Olila Documents & Communication Strategies continuously strives to be a good corporate citizen through employing a transparent and fair business model, directly and actively supporting environmental sustainability, engaging with and supporting local businesses and organizations, and playing an active role in educational institutions and efforts.

ANNELI OLILA AS FOUNDER AND EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF BOSTON GREENSCENE

Over the course of 2008 and 2009, Anneli Olila devoted extensive resources to founding Boston GreenScene, a rising eco-site and online portal to sustainability issues in Boston and beyond. In her ongoing volunteer role as Boston GreenScene's editor-in-chief, Anneli works together with overarching GreenScenes, LLC founder Heather Burns DeMelo, Boston GreenScene managing director Dan Burgess, as well as numerous contributing writers, connecting and amplifying the efforts of those actively building a sustainable Greater Boston Area.

Environmentally Sound Business Practices

Providing primarily consulting services and electronic products, Olila is able to be extremely frugal with natural resources. Additionally, Olila goes out of its way to rely on electronic rather than paper marketing methods, to recycle, and to work with green organizations and vendors.

Supporting Our Local Base

Olila continuously strives to support and collaborate with area businesses and buys local whenever feasible. Anneli Olila also serves on local committees and volunteers her time, effort, and knowledge to community groups where she believes she can make a difference.

SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES

Olila eagerly collaborates with local educational organizations and institutions. Anneli serves as guest lecturer at schools such as Lincoln Technical Institute and Middlesex Community College, helping to equip New England students and career changers navigate the job search process and further their careers.
